I feel blessed
I had a wonderful blessing occur in my life yesterday. I have a friend who lost her husband five monthes ago. He died suddenly while out jogging. They have two beautiful children one of which my son's good friend. Yesterday I called her to see how she was doing. When she answered the phone she sounded terrible because she has the same crud I do, but she also sounded down and depressed. That is totally understandable. As we talked I could hear perking up and then our conversation turned to God and how he gives us joy in everyday of our lives we just have to look for it and she sounded so much better. I think and hope my phone call was what she needed to boost her mood. In the process it blessed me because it reminded me how lucky I am, and that God had enabled me in a small way to make her feel better. I am so fortunate because I have so many good friends out there and I wanted to let you know that I love you guys.

Thank you. I love you, too. We may not agree with the exact name of whatever it is that's blessing us, but there is no question at all in my mind that we are blessed to have each other!
Glad you could be there for her! You've always been there for me, and for that you get my undying love & loyalty.
