It's the day before my friends bridal shower (it's at my house) and I'm running around trying to make sure the house is clean. We southern girls believe in spit shining the place so we're not talking the normal clean here. I pressure washed the front porch and walkway I usually wait until Halloween to do this, but since I have people I don't know coming to my house I thought I would do it now.
This morning I took the kitchen garbage can outside and cleaned it. My daughter came outside and helped me she had a blast playing in the hose. She wasn't too thrilled when I turned the water off. Well it's off to clean more. If you hear a loud thump later it's just me collapsing on the floor and taking a nap.
BTW I know I didn't participate in HNT, but I am keeping my eye out for a cheap digital so I can in the future.

I say this as if I know. But I do have one I paid $125 for. Not that I'm recommending it, but it's handy because I can carry it in my pocket and I don't really care if it falls into the toilet.

Relax and enjoy the experience of entertaining friends - nobody's gonna remember 5 years from now if your bookshelves were dusted and properly alphabetized and organized by subject matter, but they will remember the laughter and warmth and hospitality.

Cheryl, I have to agree with Sammy on that! Just have fun...if they are coming to see your house then they don't need to come back anyway! BTW Sammy we got no HNT shots from you either m'am! LOL
This is true, but right now I'm in the process of cleaning up the kids toys that all over the living room floor. I didn't see the point of doing it yesterday. They would have been right back this morning. LOL.
I appreciate the keychain camera it's what I had in mind. ;)
